Republicans Dump Trump
It now appears that the Republican Governors Association have picked sides in former President Donald Trump and Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp’s battle and they have sided with Kemp.
According to Forbes, the Republican Governors Association decided to release a new TV ad supporting incumbent Gov. Brian Kemp who Trump vowed to have replaced after the 2020 presidential election.
The GOP group whose main objective is to get Republican governor elected into office released a 30-second commercial giving their full support to Brian Kemp and not the Republican that endorsed to replace him who is former Republican Senator David Perdue.
Furthermore, the GOP group also referred to Kemp as a “proven conservative leader.”
It was also revealed that the Republican Governors Association have spent an astounding $500,000 to promote the 30-second ad.
