Trump Accused Of Stealing
Democrats keep proving to America that they are completely ridiculous.
Democrat Rep. Carolyn Maloney who is the chairwoman of the House Oversight Committee, is now claiming that the Democrats will now launch a new investigation to learn what was in the 15 boxes of documents that former President Donald Trump took with to Florida when he was leaving the White House.
Sounds like they are trying to cook up another witch hunt.
According to NBC, Rep. Carolyn Maloney claimed in a letter to Archivist of the United States David S. Ferrier that she was “deeply concerned” that Trump didn’t promptly supply records at the end of the Trump administration “and appear to have been removed from the White House in violation of the Presidential Records Act (PRA).”
The National Archives and Records Administration admitted that Trump returned 15 boxes of documents which were improperly taken from the White House. Then in a statement the archives stated, they had “arranged for the transport from the Trump Mar-a-Lago property in Florida to the National Archives of 15 boxes that contained Presidential records, following discussions with President Trump’s representatives in 2021.”
After hearing about the controversy Trump stated that he had no ill intentions when taking the boxes and the archives “openly and willingly” arranged for him to take the boxes.
