Hillary Begs For Her Freedom

Failed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is now begging the judge to dismiss former President Trump’s lawsuit against her because she claims the lawsuit has “no merit.”

According to Axios, just last month former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and several other people after they accused him of colluding with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election.

Trump’s bombshell lawsuit accused Hillary Clinton, the DNC, former FBI Director James Comey and several other for “maliciously” creating totally false lies to “cripple Trump’s bid for presidency.”

In a motion to dismiss the case, Clinton’s attorney David Kendall said, “Whatever the utility of Plaintiff’s Complaint as a fundraising tool, a press release, or a list of political grievances, it has no merit as a lawsuit, and should be dismissed with prejudice.”

The motion to dismiss further stated, “Notwithstanding his rousing, all-caps call to action, Plaintiff waited four years, four months, and twenty-four days before filing suit. His delay renders each of his claims untimely.”
