Supreme Court Does What Biden Won’t

The Supreme Court officially stepped up and did what President Biden was too scared to do and ruled that Title 42 was going to remain in place preventing massive chaos at the southern border.

According to Newsweek, Title 42 was instituted during the pandemic by former President Donald Trump which allowed border patrol to quickly send illegals back without having to go through the formal asylum process.

Democrats and President Biden are heavily divided over Title 42 because while they do want illegals to enter the southern border they believe if Title 42 is lifted it would cause never before seen circumstances with illegals pouring into the country at an alarming rate.

Democrats have been battling over Title 42 for months and President Biden has been too scared to make a decision on it which forced the Supreme Court to step in and do his job for him.

Now President Biden and his administration will once again try to repeal Title 42 in February where the Supreme Court will once again have to rule on the decision.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre explained that President Biden will comply with the Supreme Court’s ruling for now.

Jean-Pierre stated, “At the same time, we are advancing our preparations to manage the border in a secure, orderly, and humane way when Title 42 eventually lifts and will continue expanding legal pathways for immigration. Title 42 is a public health measure, not an immigration enforcement measure, and it should not be extended indefinitely.”
