Biden Slapped With Lawsuit
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has just slapped President Biden with yet another lawsuit. This time it appears to be over President Biden’s airline and airport mask mandate.
As of right now, President Biden’s federal mask mandate is set to expire on March 18th.
Attorney General Paxton believes that President Biden’s airline mask mandate was issued illegally and it was never actually authorized by Congress.
“Biden’s repeated disregard of the individual liberties of Texans is not only disrespectful to the U.S. Constitution, it is also troublesome that any president thinks they can act above the law.” Paxton explained.
“President Biden cannot continue governing through executive edicts. Now is the time to strike down his administration’s air-travel mask mandate. I’m proud to stand alongside my friend Congresswoman Van Duyne and her counsel at TPPF to protect Texans’ liberty and the rule of law,” Paxton explained.
