President Liz Cheney?
Republican traitor Liz Cheney who was just lost tremendously in her reelection primary to Trump-backed challenger Harriet Hageman has now floated that idea that she wants to run for President of the United States.
Cheney made herself public enemy number one in the Republican party after she attempted to impeach Donald Trump and decided to sit on the crooked Jan 6th Select Committee.
According to The Hill, after Cheney’s humiliating defeat to Hageman she was asked about running for president. “That’s a decision that I’m going to make in the coming months, and I’m not going to make any announcements here this morning. But it is something that I am thinking about, and I’ll make a decision in the coming months,” Cheney said.
This is hilarious. Cheney who couldn’t even fend off Trump-backed candidate Harriet Hageman now thinks she can fight off top Republicans such as Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and others.
What’s even worse is that Cheney didn’t lose by a narrow margin to Hageman, she lost in humiliating fashion. As of 7 a.m. this morning with 95% of the vote being counted Hageman held 66.3% of the vote compared to Cheney who only had 28.9%.
Cheney refused to stop attacking Trump even after her loss. During her concession speech Cheney foolishly said, “So, I ask you tonight to join me. As we leave here, let us resolve that we will stand together — Republicans, Democrats and independents — against those who would destroy our republic.”
If Liz Cheney foolishly thinks she has even the smallest chance ever to become America’s next president she has clearly lost her mind. She should have never poked the bear.
