Trump Forced To Give Up
Former President Donald Trump was forced to withdraw his lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James after he and his legal team was ordered to pay $900,000 for constantly filing “frivolous” lawsuits.
What a joke.
According to The Hill, U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks claimed that Trump’s lawsuits are an example of how he has created a “pattern of misusing the courts to serve political purposes.”
Trump decided to sue New York attorney general Letitia James after she attacked him and his family first by filing a civil lawsuit against against him and his three kids.
Trump claimed that Letitia James “abused her position as Attorney General for the State of New York to pursue a vendetta” against him.
James accused Trump and his family of illegally inflating and deflating property values to get investments and tax and loan benefits.
Judge Middlebrooks slammed Donald Trump and said “Mr. Trump is a prolific and sophisticated litigant who is repeatedly using the courts to seek revenge on political adversaries. He is the mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process.”
It’s funny how the legal system will entertain just about any bogus and phony lawsuit that the Democrats can push towards on Republicans however when Trump attempts to use the legal system he is denied.
