Video: Biden Has Shocking Mental Breakdown

In a new video that has not just shocked the American people but just about everyone across the world, President Biden appeared to suffer his single worst mental breakdown yet.

According to NDTV, in the video Biden appears to get completely lost on stage and has no idea where he is for several seconds. Biden was delivering a speech at the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference in New York.

The video has gone massively viral and has gathered millions of views. It’s hard to believe that this man is the president of the United States of America. This looks like elderly abuse.
