Ocasio-Cortez Calls Supreme Court Ruling Illegitimate, Do You Agree?

VIDEO: Lawmakers Held Hostage After Supreme Court Ruling

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe, law enforcement officers were forced to use tear gas to stop a rather large group of rioters outside of Arizona’s Senate building where lawmakers were working.

According to Fox, Republican Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers alerted concerned Americans about the scary event by tweeting, “Protesters threatened to break the AZ Senate entryway glass.”

The scary attack quickly turned into a “hostage” situation after lawmakers were told not to exit the building according to Republican Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend.

The Republican Caucus of the State Senate called the horrific event an “insurrection.”

Townsend further explained, “We are currently there being held hostage inside the Senate building due to members of the public trying to breach our security. We smell tear gas and the children of one of the members are in the office sobbing with fear.”

“I expect a J24 committee to be created immediately,” she further added.
