Should Hillary Be Allowed To Run Again In 2024?

Judge Screws Over Trump

In a stunning turn of events, a federal judge rejected former President Donald Trump’s bid to dismiss the lawsuits against him which claim he incited the Jan. 6 Capitol protest in 2021.

According to Newsmax, Judge Amit Mehta said the three lawsuits by Democrat congressmen and two police officers will move forward against Trump.

Judge Mehta did however drop the lawsuits against Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump Jr.

Mehta stated, “To deny a president immunity from civil damages is no small step. The court well understands the gravity of its decision. But the alleged facts of this case are without precedent, and the court believes that its decision is consistent with the purposes behind such immunity.”

If these lawsuits continue to be held against former President Donald Trump, it should only be fair that the U.S. legal system holds Hillary Clinton to the same standards when she has her day in court as well.
