A federal judge in Texas just slapped down another one of President Biden’s mask and vaccine mandates which he forced on Head Start programs.
Head Start programs supply education-related services to low-income children and families.
The Biden administration forced Head Start programs to enforce mask and vaccine mandates to get government funding however the judge had other plans.
According to Fox News, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton celebrated the win by saying, “This is a win for the children of Texas for sure, given that parents should be making these decisions, not the Biden administration.“
Judge James “Wesley” Hendrix of the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas ordered an immediate halt to Biden’s mandates and Democrats aren’t happy.
