Lindsey Graham Dragged To Court

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has just been ordered by a judge in Georgia to appear in front of the court and to give a testimony before a grand jury that is tasked with investigating former President Donald Trump and what happened after the 2020 election.

According to Newsmax, Fulton County Superior Judge Robert McBurney explained that the “court finds that Lindsey Graham is a necessary and material witness.”

Graham is now ordered to appear before the grand jury in August.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been attempting to get Lindsey Graham, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and other members of Trump’s campaign legal team to appear before the grand jury in order to place charges against Trump who is claiming innocence.

Willis claims that there was “a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump campaign to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere.”

“During the telephone calls, the witness questioned Secretary Raffensperger and his staff about reexamining certain absentee ballots cast in Georgia in order to explore the possibility of a more favorable outcome for former President Donald Trump,” the subpoena claimed.
