Americans Shocked By Biden’s New Approval Rating
In a truly shocking turn of events, it now appears that President Biden’s approval rating has hit 40 percent in August according to new polling information conducted by Quinnipiac University.
According to The Hill, the new poll found that 40 percent of respondents approve of the job President Biden is doing. His previous rating sat at 31 percent approval in July. Biden’s approval shot up an astounding 9 points.
Why President Biden’s approval rating has increased is unclear however. He hasn’t really done anything meaningful since coming into the White House other than forgiving student loans which many Americans strongly disagreed with.
When it came to party lines, 83 percent of Democrats said they approved of President Biden which was an 11 point increase from the previous month.
92 percent of Republican said they disapprove of President Biden and 55 percent of independent voters said they also disapprove of Biden.
President Biden has gotten lucky with new polling information as he heads into the midterm elections which could be very bad news for the Democrats if they do not maintain control of the Senate.
