Who Decorated The White House Better For Christmas: Melania Trump or Jill Biden?

Trump Insider Backstabs Him

It has now been learned that one of former President Donald Trump’s closest allies, former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, briefly discussed using the 25th Amendment to impeach Donald Trump after the Jan 6th Capitol riot with former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

According to The Hill, while Mnuchin did serve all the way from the beginning to the end of Trump’s four year presidency, he added that he did not seriously consider impeaching him and it was only a brief discussion.

Mnuchin explained to the January 6th Committee, “It came up very briefly in our conversation. We both believed that the best outcome was a normal transition of power, which was working, and neither one of us contemplated in any serious format the 25th Amendment.”

He added, “The only research I did out of curiosity was I googled it. I remember my general counsel asking me if we wanted him to do extensive research on it. I said, no, not at this point.”

If Trump’s administration did attempt to use the 25th Amendment against him, the vice president who was Mike Pence would replace Donald Trump and declare that he was unfit for office.

Thankfully, Trump’s administration stay strong and let a peaceful transition of power take place. Donald Trump is expected to run again in 2024 and it is unclear who if any of this former administration would come back to the White House to work with him if he is elected again.
