Trump Says Biden Is Ruining Country, Do You Agree?

Biden Gives Up

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration often times known as OSHA just dealt a major blow to President Biden and just announced that they will be withdrawing Biden’s temporary COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirement for companies with 100 or more employees.

OSHA’s decision came shortly after the Supreme Court blocked Biden vaccine mandate for large companies.

According to Axios, the Supreme Court noted, OSHA does not have the power to “regulate public health more broadly. Requiring the vaccination of 84 million Americans, selected simply because they work for employers with more than 100 employees, certainly falls in the latter category.”

In a statement by OSHA which likely infuriated Biden, they said, “Department of Labor’s [OSHA] is withdrawing the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard issued on Nov. 5, 2021, to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from workplace exposure to coronavirus.”

This is yet another loss for President Biden who has successfully accomplish very little since coming into office. Biden’s current approval rating in at an all time low and Democrats have grown frustrated with him.
