During his commencement address at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut, President Joe Biden yelled at the class of graduating cadets for not laughing at his God awful joke.

According to the Gateway Pundit, Biden said, “You are a really dull class. Come on, man! Is the sun getting to you?”

“I would think you’d have an opportunity when I say that about the Navy to clap — but to be here together …” he added.

Biden appears peeved at the lack of applause from Navy cadets.
