Republican Files Articles of Impeachment
Republican warned the Democrats that they were going to bring law and order to Congress once they took control of the House and they weren’t playing.
It has just been learned that Republican Rep. Pat Fallon has just filed articles of impeachment against President Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas!
According to Fox, Rep. Fallon filed impeachment against Mayorkas due to “high crimes and misdemeanors” related to his very poor management of the southern border crisis which President Biden allowed to happen.
Fallon blasted Biden and Mayorkas saying, “Since day one, Secretary Mayorkas’ policies have undermined law enforcement activities at our southern border. From perjuring himself before Congress about maintaining operational control of the border to the infamous ‘whip-gate’ slander against our border patrol agents, Secretary Mayorkas has proven time and time again that he is unfit to lead the Department of Homeland Security.”
“His willful actions have eroded our immigration system, undermined border patrol morale, and jeopardized American national security. He has violated the law and it is time for him to go,” Fallon added.
This should come as no surprise to President Biden and the Democrats. Before the Republicans took control of the House and Kevin McCarthy was sworn in as the new House Speaker he warned, “If Secretary Mayorkas does not resign, House Republicans will investigate every order, every action and every failure and will determine whether we can begin impeachment inquiry.”
Mayorkas has said a number of times that he refuses to resign from his position controlling the southern border.
