Did The DOJ Appeal Trump's Special Master Because They Are Hiding Something?

BREAKING: DOJ Appeals Trump’s Special Master Ruling

In a move that has shocked Republicans, President Biden’s Department of Justice has just decided to appeal Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling for former President Donald Trump to have a special master look into documents seized by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago.

What do they have to hide? Why appeal it? So many questions have now been brought up because of their decision to appeal the judge’s ruling.

According to The Hill, in their filing to the court the DOJ said, “Without a stay, the government and public also will suffer irreparable harm from the undue delay to the criminal investigation.”

“Any delay poses significant concerns in the context of an investigation into the mishandling of classified records,” the DOJ added.

How funny. Seems like President Biden’s DOJ is panicking.

Currently the DOJ is not allowed to review the documents which were taken from Trump’s home. If the judge gives them the partial stay they asked for then the DOJ will be able to continue its review of the classified records that were taken from Trump’s home.

It’s looks like the DOJ is trying to pressure the judge into taking away Trump’s right to a special master. The fact that they attempted to appeal the judge’s decision looks very suspicious.

Cohen predicted during an MSNBC interview on Wednesday that the Department of Justice (DOJ) would soon indict Trump over the recovery of classified documents from Mar-a-Lago, while the former president could also be forced to testify before Congress.

Cohen, who served as Trump’s personal lawyer for more than a decade, suggested that the FBI’s discovery of empty folders marked “top secret” during the August 8 raid of Trump’s Florida home would be a central question to answer during any proceedings against the former president.
