Court Hands Biden Defeat
President Biden and his administration attempted to not only target federal workers but also health care workers and force them to get vaccinated against their will.
Now, it appears that a federal judge in Missouri slapped down’s Biden’s authoritarian mandate and will prevent health care workers in 10 states from being vaccinated against their will.
According to Gregg Jarrett, Biden’s mandate was aimed at forcing heath care staff at providers who participate in Medicare and Medicaid to get vaccinate. The deadline for getting the first dose of the vaccine was December 6th, but now it appears they won’t have to.
The judge’s new order protects health care workers in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
“The decision will ensure that federal agencies do not extend their power beyond the express delegation from Congress. The public would benefit from the preliminary injunction because it would ensure that federal agencies do not extend their power beyond the express delegation from Congress, as already discussed,” Missouri attorney general Eric Schmidt wrote.
“The Missouri-led coalition just obtained an injunction HALTING Joe Biden’s CMS Healthcare worker vaccine mandate,” Schmidt also wrote. “This was an egregious overreach. We’re fighting back and winning. More to come.”
