Biden LOSES Again
A federal judge in South Carolina has just knocked President Biden down a peg and said that he and his administration cannot force a federal vaccine mandate on contractors with the U.S. government.
According to News 2 Charleston, the judge granted a preliminary injunction prohibiting the government from enforcing a vaccine mandate. This is now the third time federal judges have sided with Attorney General Wilson and blocked enforcement of the Biden Administration’s vaccine requirements.
Following the ruling, Attorney General Wilson stated, “Abuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again. The rule of law has prevailed and liberty is protected. When the President oversteps his authority the law is thankfully there to halt his misuse of power.”
This case was brought on by South Carolina’s AG Wilson along with Governor Henry McMaster of South Carolina and included six other states including Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Utah, and West Virginia.
The lawsuit which these states just won argued that President Biden violated the Tenth Amendment.
