Ted Cruz Slams Biden
Rather than continue urging President Biden to make America more energy independent like many Republicans are doing, Senator Ted Cruz has acted and just introduced a bill that would force Biden to make America more independent when it comes to energy.
According to Fox, Cruz introduced the “restore American energy independence” bill as Russia continues to invade Ukraine.
Cruz then blasted Biden for making America lose it “status as a net petroleum exporter” via his foolish executive orders.
“These policies have poured billions of dollars into countries such as Russia and Iran, which use those funds to attack our allies and undermine the national security of America,” Cruz stated.
Cruz then said, “President Biden has imposed more restrictions on U.S. oil companies than he has on Russian oil. With Iran, he has looked the other way as the regime busted through sanctions and raised their exports to more than one million barrels per day for the first time in almost three years.”
Sadly, Ted Cruz is right. President Biden must make America more energy independent or this Russia-Ukraine conflict won’t be the only conflict we will have to deal with.
