Should Biden Run For Re-Election or Resign?

Pelosi Causes Catfight

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is now aggressively pushing back on claims which were made in a new book where she accused Democrat Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Pramila Jayapal of fighting with each other to become the “queen bee” of the Democratic party.

After learning about the new book’s accusations, Pelosi sent her spokesperson Drew Hammill to clear up the accusations to not cause even more drama is the House.

Hammill went to Fox News and said, “Under the Speaker’s leadership, House Democrats have made historic progress for the American people and are unified by the common purpose of addressing the needs of hardworking families.”

Hammill further explained, “Many books will be written about the challenges of legislating during the pandemic and a period of unprecedented Republican obstruction, and we won’t be commenting on the works that substitute gossip for fact.”

While Pelosi and her spokesperson are claiming that these statements are just gossip, it is well know that Pelosi has butted heads with Rep. Ocasio-Cortez in the past.

The accusations came from a new book called “This Will Not Pass” by Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns.

In the book both Martin and Burns claim that “[Pelosi] told [a] House Democrat that Pramila Jayapal and Ocasio-Cortez were vying to be the ‘queen bee’ of the left, but that their reward might be serving in the House minority after the next election.”

Furthermore, Pelosi’s spokesman never said that these accusations were lies. He simply referred to it as gossip which Pelosi may or may not have taken part in.
