Should Biden Be The One Getting Indicted Instead?

Chaos Ensues Over Trump’s Arraignment

Earlier this Tuesday afternoon, the streets of New York City were occupied by NYPD officers and courthouse police in anticipation of the anticipated public commotion that was expected to ensue following the arraignment of former President Trump.

According to Fox, prior to Trump’s highly anticipated court appearance, barricaded streets were occupied by both patrol cars and officers. The bustling city streets were captured on video showing the Manhattan courthouse entrance being encircled and blocked off by the NYPD, with helicopters hovering above.

The area in front of the courthouse was filled with fencing, and it became a hub for media, protesters, and supporters of Trump.

On Tuesday morning, several protestors engaged in physical altercations. A woman sporting a “Make America Great Again” hat was captured on video falling to the ground after stepping on an anti-Trump flag near the courthouse.

The commotion and unrest occurred in anticipation of Trump’s arraignment, which was scheduled after he was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury last week. The indictment is a result of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office’s ongoing probe into Trump’s alleged payments of hush money to adult film actress Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal over the course of several years.

Although the specific charges remain undisclosed, it is widely speculated that the prosecutors will contend that the $130,000 payment to Daniels and $150,000 payment to McDougal constituted unlawful donations to Trump’s campaign and contributed to his success in the 2016 presidential election.
