Democrats Drag Trump To Court
It now appears that former President Donald Trump will be dragged into court and forced to testify under oath because of New York Attorney General Letitia James’ witch hunt probe claiming that Trump engaged in shady business practices.
According to the Associated Press, New York Judge Arthur Engoron ordered former President Trump and his two children Ivanka and Don Jr. to testify for the lawsuit.
Trump’s attorney’s responded by filing an appeal to the ruling. Now a state appeals court decided to uphold Judge Engoron’s ridiculous February ruling.
The four-judge panel explained their decision by saying, “The existence of a criminal investigation does not preclude civil discovery of related facts, at which a party may exercise the privilege against self-incrimination.”
It appears the witch hunt against former President Donald Trump will not end. President Biden and the Democrats are doing everything in their power to stop Trump from running again in 2024.
